Awarded at the 2025 SWE National Conference, this award is given to a collegiate SWE group that develops and implements the best multicultural program that increases or retains a diverse SWE membership and leadership while providing an inclusive environment to all. Additionally, the chapter activates the SWE community to drive member connections and exposure to a diverse audience, as well as increases the exposure of engineering and the SWE organization to community through outreach.
