2025 GT SWE Awards

GT SWE is proud to announce that we received two awards at the 2025 National SWE Conference! Our chapter was the proud recipient of the Boeing Company Multicultural Award and the Mission Gold Award.

The Boeing Company Multicultural Award recognizes a collegiate SWE group that had developed and implemented the best multicultural program that increases or retains a diverse SWE membership and leadership while providing an inclusive environment to all. Additionally, it activated the SWE community to drive member connections and exposure to a diverse audience, as well as increases the exposure of engineering and the SWE organization to community through outreach.

The Mission Gold Award is awarded to SWE groups that demonstrate continuous improvement and growth as they work to achieve the Society’s goals, and embody SWE’s core values. These values include Integrity, Inclusive Environment, Mutual Support, Professional Excellence, and Trust, and the Society’s goals include Advocacy and Collaboration, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging, Global Community, and Growth and Excellence.

Thank you to our leadership team, advisor, sponsors, and all our members for making SWE @ GT amazing. We couldn’t have done this without you!
